E-Safety Information
E-Safety, internet safety, online safety, and digital safety are all terms used to describe keeping pupils safe online. There is no one term which fits all. RSE and Health Education is statutory for all children Further information can be found https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/relationships-education-relationships-and-sex-education-rse-and-health-education
This framework has spercific references to 'online safety' elements. At St Marie's we try to teach children about online safety and how to ensure they are more secure online. Parents have a huge part to play in thie too. Limiting and monitoring your child's online activity and having open conversations with your child about what they do and who they converse with online will help.
